PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce display unevenness caused along segment signal lines depending on a ratio between the voltages applied to the segment and common signal lines in a display device selecting a plurality of lines. SOLUTION: The voltage ratio is controlled by arranging a resister value control part 441 for controlling the resister values 444 for generating the voltages for the segment and common lines, and determining a voltage ratio not causing the display unevenness as a result of a data form detecting means 521. Moreover, in the case of a data form resistant to causing the display unevenness, a voltage ratio is set so as to maximize contrast.
