PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discover the defective seal of a piping juncture caused by a plurality of damaged annular elastic sealing members arranged in parallel with each other in the axial direction. SOLUTION: Cylindrical fitting members (44) are respectively fitted to the outer peripheries of a plurality of portions of a piping member (10). The annular elastic sealing members 11 and 12 are fitted so that the members 11 and 12 may be elastically press-contacted with the outer peripheries, and an inspection fluid flowing in from the member 10 is introduced into the intermediate portions of the members 11 and 12 through inlet-side communicative paths 46a, 49, 44b, 50, and 44c. When the sealing by means of the sealing members 11 and 12 becomes defective, the inspection fluid passing through the fitting portions of the members 11 and 12 is discharged to the outside through outlet-side communicative paths 44d, 44e, and 53.
