PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely attain sealing function for lubricating oil sealed in an outer cup by preventing dislocation of a sealing part, even when there is deterioration due to aging. SOLUTION: A thick part 28, interposingly pressed between an inclined face 24 of the outer cup 14 and an annular step part 38 of a bracket 20, is deformed elastically by pressing the bracket 20 attached with a joint boot 18 in the outer peripheral surface of the outer cup 14, and seal function is conducted, by bringing the inclined face 24 and the elastically deformed thick part 28 into close contact with each other.
