PURPOSE:To reduce unevenness in the strength of a nonmagnetic sintered hard alloy. CONSTITUTION:A nonmagnetic sintered hard alloy consisting of 0.5-35% Si-Ni alloy contg. 4.5-30% Si and the balance WC is prepd. Since Si is selected as an element soluble in Ni and lowering a magnetic transformation point, reduction in the amt. of WC is prevented and unevenness in the strength of the alloy is reduced. |
