SPR MEASURING SAMPLE CELL AND CELL HOLDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an inspection work, and to enable outdoor use. SOLUTION: This SPR measuring sample cell 1 comprises a cylindrical container 2 for containing a sample, a lid 12 for blocking an opening of the container 2 by screwing a thread part, and an O ring for keeping the hermetic state. A guide hole 36 having a plurality of ball plungers in the vertical direction is formed in a guide member 22 for guiding the SPR measuring sample cell 1 to a prism 43. The SPR measuring sample cell 1 is pressed downward by a compression coil spring 28, to thereby pressure-contact a refractive index matching film 10 onto the prism 43. A guide pin 27 guided by the guide hole 36 is installed on a holding member 21, and an engaging groove capable of being engaged with/detached from the ball plungers is formed on the guide pin 27.
