<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a color filter with an inkjet method solving the problem of the occurrence of deflection in flight of discharged ink and an inkjet device used for this purpose. SOLUTION: The device for manufacturing the color filter consisting of a plurality of filter elements colored with specified colors and aligned in a specified pattern on a transparent substrate is provided with inkjet heads to discharge colorants for forming the colored filter elements from orifice parts, a holding means to hold the transparent substrate and a displacing means to carry out relative displacement of the inkjet heads and the holding means. A plurality of the inkjet heads are aligned to form projecting and recessing parts where the orifice parts of the discharge ports form the projecting parts. Furthermore, the width of the projecting parts is narrower than intervals between partitions of elements such as black matrices, barriers or the like separating the respective filter elements and the height thereof is lower than the height of the partitions of the elements.</p> |
