摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping device using a magnetic circuit having 6 degrees of freedom. SOLUTION: Transmission of vibration is insulated by a vibration damping mechanism using a relative displacement along the axial direction of a magnet 37 on the movable side and a magnet 27 on the stationary side and the elastic force of a metallic spring 50 to make a spring constant almost 0. Not only vibration in an axial direction (Z axis direction), but also deformation in lateral directions (X axis and Y axis) and in rotating direction around each axis, or in a twisting direction formed by overlapping of them are speedily reset to their original positions by a rubber material 24a and the metallic spring 50 composing a restoring mechanism, and the vibration can be damped as vibration in the axial direction. Therefore, vibration having 6 degrees of freedom can be controlled although this vibration damping device has a simple structure.
