PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a washing work by facilitating assembling/ disassembling of an air jet type conveyor device. SOLUTION: This air jet type conveyor device is provided with a plenum 1 mounted with a deck plate 5 having many jet holes 3 and 4 on an upper surface and a guide unit 2 making an upper surface of the deck plate 5 as a carrier passage of an article W, ejects air jet into the plenum 1 from the jet holes 3 and 4 of the deck plate 5 and floats and carries the article W on the deck plate 5 by the air flow. In this case, the deck plate 5 is made attachable/detachable by an engaging mechanism 12 and a side part of the guide unit 2 is made openable/closable by a thread mount mechanism 15.
