PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability. SOLUTION: A fitting member 13, which has a face plate section 21 fixed to a steel member 12, an erect section 22 nearly vertically erected on the surface side of a wall face bar 1 from the face plate section 21, and insertion holes 23 formed on the erect section 22, is fixed to the steel member 12. A face member presser 14 is inserted into the insertion holes 23 and a cavity section 3, and the back face section 4 of the wall face bar 1 is clamped and fixed by the face member presser 14 and the face plate section 21. Since the wall face member 1 is fixed to the fitting member 13 on the outside of the steel member 12 by the face member presser 14, the work can be performed from the outside, neither boring nor screwing is required, and excellent workability is attained.
