TONNEAU COVER STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tonneau cover structure for a vehicle enabling to raise a seat back from the back of a cargo chamber. SOLUTION: This tonneau cover 5 is locked in a state covering a back face of the seat back 3. Accordingly when the seat back 3 is leaned forward, the tonneau cover 5 becomes a state extending backward and an operator can raise the leaned seat back 3 to an original position by holding a tip of the tonneau cover 5 for pulling with staying outside of the vehicle.
