PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewn-up structure without exposing stitches in appearance while ensuring the tensile strength in a sewn-up part of two fabrics, further a sewn-up structure capable of satisfying waterproofness and waterproof clothes using the sewn-up structure. SOLUTION: This sewn-up structure is obtained by sewing a folded back part formed by folding back an end of a first fabric to the back side with an end of a second fabric in at least one site, thermally fusing, joining and integrating the folded back part with a body of the first fabric with a thermoplastic sheet sandwiched between the folded back part and the body of the first fabric. An opening is formed in the second fabric and may be covered with the folded back part so as to communicate with the outside. A pocket may be attached to the back side of the opening in the second fabric.
