PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a food capable of more matching a sense of fried fish ball which is a conventional Japanese-style food with a touch in eating. SOLUTION: This fried fish ball containing a cut and dried Japanese radish is obtained by adding a seasoning to dried strips of radishes or dried gourd shavings resembling the method for preparing the products and outer shapes, reconstituting the resultant mixture with hot water, cooking the reconstituted mixture to a state good for eating, cutting the cooked mixture into a short form, mixing the cut mixture in a dough for the fried fish ball at normal temperature and frying the obtained mixture in an oil. |
