PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resinoid grinding wheel that is speedily and easily mounted to a rotating shaft and is lighter than the prior art in the mounting state. SOLUTION: A flange integrated metal core 16 having a conventional flange function for sandwiching and supporting the resinoid grinding wheel is fixed to the inner peripheral side of the resinoid grinding wheel part 12. The end of a spindle 36 is engaged with a mounting hole 17 formed in the flange integrated metal core 16, thereby fixing the resinoid grinding wheel 10 having the flange integrated metal core to the spindle 36. The mounting work to the spindle 36 is made speedy and easy. The grinding wheel is lighter than the prior art even when it is mounted to the spindle (rotating shaft) 36 of a grinder such as a billet grinder, so that thickness of the spindle 36, size of a bearing for rotatably supporting the spindle 36, and size of a driving motor for rotating it are reduced, and energy required for grinding work is reduced.
