SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in preparation of carrier for catalyst of petrochemical processes through hydration, drying and calcinations of product of thermochemical activation of trihydrate of aluminum oxide at addition of water in the amount of 18 to 35% at temperature of 15 to 30 C; this mixture is placed in drier at temperature of 80 to 150 C; after drying, mixture is subjected to calculation at temperature of 550 to 950 C.
