SUBSTANCE: proposed method provides for most uniform distribution of electromagnetic radiation power inside cell, minimal noise level for adjacent cells, and most uniform distribution of subscriber stations among coverage zones of various base station transceiver antennas. Minimal noise level for adjacent cells is attained due to orienting electromagnetic radiation into cell for base station transceiver antennas located near cell boundary and selecting directivity patterns of base station transceiver antennas located in dead zones and in zones of high concentration of subscriber station, as well as due to electromagnetic radiation power distribution among base station transceiver antennas.
