PURPOSE: A manufacture method of heat insulated glass windows is provided to save energy and costs, and give easy maintenance by putting heat insulating materials(vertical or blind combined with heat insulating materials) between glasses. CONSTITUTION: The heat insulated glass windows(sliding, and opening and closing windows) are manufactured by putting heat insulating materials, or vertical or blind(6) combined with heat insulating materials in the space between glasses set on PVC frame.
