PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and high-quality microchannel-type chip. SOLUTION: A groove 5 for arranging a capillary 3 is formed in one surface of an upper-side substrate 1a. Through holes constituting reservoirs 7 and 9 are formed at both end locations of the groove 5 in the upper-side substrate 1a. A surface of a lower-side substrate 1b to be joined to the upper-side substrate 1a is flatly formed. The microchip 1 is used in a state that the capillary 3 is fixed in the groove 5 with both ends of the capillary 3 located in the reservoirs 7 and 9 and that both substrates 1a and 1b overlaid one on the other and jointed together as shown in (A) and (C). |
