Invention applies to the alcohol-liqueur industry, ingredient recipes in particular, that are being used for a kind of brandy production. The aim is to get such a composition of aromatic ingredients that would be distinguished for its good taste and curative properties. The proposed composition in addition has juniper berries and hops. It is composed of (in kg/100 dal): juniper berries 24.0-26.0, lime-blossom 14.0-16.0, hops 24.0-26.0, citric acid 14.0-16.0, alcohol 63.0-66.0, water up to the total quantity of the kind of brandy. |
