PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of shortening its starting time without causing any defective fixation even when a heating and fixing roller is constituted of a thin cylindrical body. SOLUTION: The image forming device is provided with a pressure belt for pressurizing a transfer paper against the heating and fixing roller, a pressure belt supporting means with several belt supporting members for stretching the pressure belt so as to be laid between them, a pressurizing means for sandwiching and pressurizing the transfer paper between the heating and fixing roller and the outer peripheral surface of the pressure belt, and at least one or more pairs of pressurizing members as the pressurizing means are positioned opposite to each other at the inner peripheral surface of the heating and fixing roller and the inner peripheral surface of the pressure belt.
