PURPOSE: Provided is a method for removing inorganic particle from industrial wastewater by electro-flotation. According to the method, inorganic particles(titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, and silica) are removed by micro hydrogen bubble being positive charge. Micro hydrogen is generated by electrolysis, and charged with positive charge by positive metal ion eluted by electrolysis. CONSTITUTION: Micro hydrogen bubble generator for removing inorganic particle comprises the following parts: a reactor for electrolysis; a negative charge plate for generating hydrogen bubble by electrolysis; a positive charge plate for charging hydrogen bubble with positive charge.
