PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a file output system, which has its output part and management part separated and is equipped with file storage means for the both, to easily determine the output time of a file and repeatedly and cyclically output the file. SOLUTION: The output time or output data volume of the file is obtained and held as statistic information and statistic information of files in a predetermined range is gathered, and information of files recorded at a file output part is transmitted by using a public communication network, the transmitted information is converted into format that the file system can process, and the converted information is incorporated in a ring-shaped file system and outputted.
