PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an advertiser to easily recognize how much of the merchandise of the advertiser is purchased at which store by using complimentary information by coupons or the like. SOLUTION: On the basis of the fact that a user purchases the merchandise at a store by presenting a portable terminal which receives the complimentary information, purchase merchandise information regarding the merchandise purchased by the user, purchase store information regarding the store and purchase time information regarding the time when it is purchased at the store are received. On the basis of the purchase merchandise information, the purchase store information and the purchase time information, information regarding how much of the merchandise of the advertiser is purchased at which store by presenting the portable terminal which receives the complimentary information is transmitted on behalf of the respective advertisers.
