PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily register a word in handwritten character recognition. SOLUTION: When a word including inputted characters is present in neither a dictionary database 16 nor a temporary database 19, a temporary registration part 20 registers the inputted character string in the temporary database 19. When a user does operation for determining the input character string, the word registered in the temporary database 19 is registered in the dictionary database 16. |
