PURPOSE: A roller mill crusher for crushing mineral and rock is provided to effectively treat unworked raw stones, and to achieve the mass production of aggregate and sand. CONSTITUTION: The roller mill crusher for crushing mineral and rock is comprised of a material input chute(101), a tire type roller(102) using a compressive force and a frictional force, a rotating table(103) for supporting and compressing the roller, a hydraulic pressure arm(104) for applying a compressive force to the roller, an annular hydraulic cylinder(105) for rotating and cooling the table, a vertical shaft(106) for rotating the table, a motor(107) for driving the shaft, a speed reducer(108), a discharge chute(109), and a hydraulic device(110).
