PURPOSE: A clamp device of a disk drive is provided to move a clamp unit in a state of loading a disk on a clamp case upon mounting or separating the disk, to fix or release the disk, so as to easily mount and separate the disk and prevent a disk deflection. CONSTITUTION: In a lower case(110), a first hooking protuberance(111) having a first hooking boss(112) is extended upward at a distance from an outer circumference. A slide slant(113) has a slope(114). A first fixing protuberance(115) having a first fixing boss(116) is formed on a straight line with the slide slant at a distance. A shaft guide(117) is extended upward from a center for the perforation of a shaft(2). In an upper case(120), a second hooking protuberance(121) is extended downward at a distance from an external circumference correspondingly to the first hooking protuberance, and has a second hooking boss(122) coupled to the first hooking boss. A plurality of cutting surfaces(123) of which respective both ends are cut toward an inner side are formed. A clamp slant(124) corresponding to the slide slant is moved along the slope of the slide slant to fix a disk. A second fixing protuberance(125) is formed on a straight line with the clamp slant at a distance from the clamp slant correspondingly to the first hooking protuberance, and has a second fixing boss(126) coupled to the first fixing boss. A press pin(127) extended upward from a lower part of the second fixing protuberance to release the fixing of the first and second fixing protuberances. A press pin hole(128) projects the press pin upward. A perforating hole(129) formed in a center for the perforation of the shaft guide. And a spring(130) is arranged between the lower case and the upper case.
