PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a novel conical mixing, crushing and drying apparatus where a treating material can be mixed and dried in a short time, without requiring pretreatment by an auxiliary machine, by providing a mechanism for crushing and disintegrating the treating material charged into a treating vessel. SOLUTION: A remarkable feature of this apparatus performing one or more of mixing, crushing and drying the treating material W by a rotor 5 equipped in a inverted conical treating vessel 1, is such constitution that the treating material W circulated in the vertical direction in the treating vessel 1 by the action of the rotor 5 is sheared by the rotating blade 58 equipped on the rotor 5 and a fixed blade 60 provided in the treating vessel 1. Without requiring any additional auxiliary machine, the treating material W charged into the treating vessel 1 can be crushed and disintegrated, and the efficiency of mixing and drying the treating material can be enhanced.
