METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLDING OR LAMINATE AND LIQUID PHASE BODY CONTAINING ULTRAFINE PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a molding which can newly give functions such as heat resistance and strength which are problems in the method using lignin powder to molding powder. SOLUTION: Colloidal silica in which SiO2 about 10 nm in particle size is dispersed and an acrylic resin liquid or liquid paraffin in which ultrafine particles such as SiO2 and Al2O3 about 10 nm in particle size are dispersed are kneaded with the molding powder. The mixture is molded and solidified so that the resin molding having multi-functions such as high strength and high heat resistance can be obtained by the synergic effect between the improvement effect of the ultrafine particles of a nm order particle size and the kneading impregnation effect of the resin or the liquid paraffin.
