PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document folder made of a resin which allows direct printing with the help of a printer such as an ink jet printer and is free from damage to be generated on a printing area during using the folder. SOLUTION: This planar rectangular document folder 2 made of a resin consisting of two sides, as sealing parts 21 and 22, extending from a single corner part A, has a printing area comprising a water- or oil-absorbing ink receiving layer formed at least on a part of an inner face. Since the ink receiving layer is formed on the inner face of the folder 2, it is possible to directly print a pattern on the printing area prior to the manufacturing of the folder 2. Further, since the ink receiving layer is formed on the inner face of the folder 2, the printing area does not suffer damage by a mar or the like on the outside of the folder 2.
