<p>A device for preload adjusting of a spring of a shock absorber, comprising an annular body extended in at least one portion ending in a cam-shaped profile, where the body presents radial grooves defining a toothed section capable of being engaged by a wrench to operate the device, while the cam shaped profile is capable of coupling with some projections of the shock absorber to block it into position, characterized in that it comprises at least one collar of an essentially annular form, provided next to at least one extremity of the toothed section, where the collar is capable of maintaining the wrench in a working position as needed for the preload adjusting of the spring of the shock absorber.
