PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drop to dispense slender block-like frozen food materials 4 for fried potato by a prescribed desired quantity, and feed into cooking oil 7 at a high temperature in a pooling vessel 6. SOLUTION: A rotatable housing body 33 structured in a vane wheel shape that rotates around the vertical axis is arranged in a cylindrical casing 34 with a bottom, and the frozen food materials are housed in each of a plurality of housing spaces 42 formed with partition members 41 and the casing. An opening portion 36 facing a single housing space is formed at the bottom section 45 of the casing, and is airtightly capable of opening/closing with a shutter means 47. The rotatable housing body and the casing are disposed in a freezing compartment 3. The pooling vessel 6 is located under the shutter means. The cooking oil 7 of high temperature is pooled in the pooling vessel 6, and the fed frozen food materials are thawed with the cooking oil and cooked in frying process. |
