PURPOSE: A pumping device for cement mortar is provided to stably supply cement mortar to workings. CONSTITUTION: A two-way cylinder(10) is made of material permeable for magnetic force and has a first sensor(S1) and a second sensor(S2) movably installed on brackets(17,18) coupled to a fixing support(16) lengthily installed on an outer surface thereof to detect pumping work of one side piston(12) and the other side piston(13) installed in the two-way cylinder to integrally reciprocate with magnetic force induced by a magnet(14) installed on a central head(11) placed between the one side piston and the other side piston.
