PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a heat insulation container capable of manufacturing a molding in a high production efficiency. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the heat insulation container comprises a core unit 2 for a plurality of outer layers, a transfer means 3 for the core unit 2 for the layers, an outer layer forming station 4 for forming the outer layers 11 by using the unit 2 transferred by the means 3, a core unit 5 for a plurality of inner layers, a transfer means 6 of the core unit for the inner layers to circulate and transfer the unit 5 for the inner layers, an inner layer forming station 7 for forming the inner layers 1 adhered with a foaming agent on its outer surface by using the unit 5 transferred by the means 6, and a synthetic unit 14 forming station 8 for forming a heat insulation layer by foaming the agent after the layer 11 and the layer 12 are combined.
