PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass run channel and a glass run channel assembly in which bottoming sound is hard to be generated. SOLUTION: A shock absorbing member 15 is provided in the crossing direction to the advance direction of a glass pane having a gap to a base bottom part 11. On the back surface 152 of the shock absorbing member 15 on the opposite side to a contact surface 151 with the tip of the glass panel and/or the bottom surface 111 of the base bottom part facing the back surface 152, a low friction material layer 155 is integrally provided. |
