摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent carrier-sticking while specially coping with the situation that the particle size of toner becomes smaller, and also, to improve the roughness of a high image density part and a half tone part, in a full color developing method. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic latent image developing method, a developer carrier includes a magnetic core equipped with several magnetic poles. Dveloping is performed by applying an AC on developer which is carried by the developer carrier and which contains (2) to (4); hard magnetic particles whose saturation magnetizationσs at an external magnetic field of 10 kilooersted (kOe) is 10 to 70 emu/g, whose residual magnetizationσr is 5 to 65 emu/g and whose coercive force is >=500 oersted and whose mean particle size is 40 to 300μm, soft magnetic particles whose saturation magnetizationσs (1k) at the external magnetic field of 1 kOe is 20 to 80 emu/g, and whose coercive force is <=300 oersted and whose mean particle size is 5 to 30μm and non-magnetic coloring fine particles whose mean particle size is 0.5 to 10μm.</p>
