PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image stabilizing device capable of easily obtaining a locking function for aligning a shift lens with the center of an optical axis at the time of stopping a vibration-proof function, and to provide a zoom lens equipped with the image stabilizing device where a magnet or a coil is not directly installed on the external frame of the shift lens so that a shift part is made light in weight and power consumption for stabilizing the image is low. SOLUTION: This image stabilizing zoom lens for stabilizing an image by shifting the variator lens of the zoom lens in an orthogonal direction to the optical axis is provided with a variator lens frame which supports the variator lens so as to shift it through a shift member and can move along an optical axis, and a cam member which is arranged in parallel with the optical axis, whose displacement amount is changed according to the position in an optical axis direction and with which the shift member of the variator lens frame is engaged. |
