CONSTITUTION: A subscriber hub system for information communication network service is composed of an interface part(10), a traffic storage part(12), a data storage part(14), a traffic control part(16), a demodulation part(18), a modulation part(20), a combination part(22), a separation part(24), and a traffic processing part(26). The interface part(10), connected with each hub, interfaces Internet protocol information data. The traffic storage part(12) stores the traffic of the information data output through the interface part(10). The data storage part(14) stores information data and traffics auxiliary for the traffic storage part(12). The traffic control part(16) makes a required amount of traffics generated through the traffic data stored in the traffic storage part(12) according to a traffic processing result of the traffic processing part(26). The demodulation part(18), controlled by the traffic control part(16), extracts and demodulates information data for an arbitrary subscriber. The modulation part(20) modulates the information data demodulated through the demodulation part(18). The combination part(22) combines the information data respectively modulated through the modulation part(20). The separation part(24) separates the information data transmitted/received to each subscriber's network computer system. The traffic processing part(26) controls the traffic of an available communication bandwidth in a service request from a network computer system.
