<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and highly reliable optical-to-electrical transducer device. SOLUTION: In the optical-to-electrical transducer device, many granular crystal semiconductors 2 of one conductivity are arranged and installed on a substrate 1 having an electrode layer on one side, they are bonded to the substrate 1, insulators 3 are filled between the semiconductors 2, a reverse conductivity semiconductor layer is formed on the semiconductors 2, and an electrode on the other side is connected to, and formed on, the reverse conductivity semiconductor layer 4. When the insulators 3 are formed of a material whose coefficient of thermal expansion is 30 to 60×10-7/ deg.C and whose softening point is 500 deg.C or less, the insulators 3 which prevent the generation of a defect such as a crack, a void or the like are formed, and the photoelectric conversion device of high reliability is provided.</p> |
