PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take a highly reliable insulating measures on a DC high-voltage device, such as a current-limiting reactor, DC high-voltage power unit, etc., by reducing the thicknesses of pressed boards which work as insulating barriers from the conventional thicknesses and preventing the insulation and breakage caused by conductive foreign matters. SOLUTION: A metal container (tank 1), which is filled with insulating oil 2 and maintained at a ground potential is provided with high-voltage equipment (winding 3) for high DC voltage potential, a high-voltage shield 6 for relaxing electric field provided on the outside of the high-voltage equipment, and a plurality of pressed boards 7a, 7b, 8a, and 8b which are provided, in parallel with each other at intervals on the outside of the shield 6 as insulating barriers. Each pressed board 7a, 7b, 8a, and 8b has holes 9 at the positions of checkers and the adjacent pressed boards 7a and 7b, and 8a and 8b are respectively positioned so that their holes 9 are shifted from each other.
