<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a trainee virtually experience services toward individual customers by letting modeled customers appear relating to a customer service training system, also to accumulate evaluation coefficients of the customer service patterns, and to realize bi-directional customer service training between the trainee and individually modeled customers. SOLUTION: This system is a customer service training system characterized in comprising a customer display control means for displaying behaviors of a customer on a display based on customer state data showing a state of the customer, customer type data showing a pattern of the customer, and customer state data, and a state data updating means for updating the customer state data based on an instruction data and the customer type data when the data instructing a behavior of a shopman is inputted.</p> |
