<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice interactive system which enhances a recognition rate with simple configuration. SOLUTION: The voice about the desired commodity or desired information which is uttered by the user and voice recognition adapting information of the user are inputted. System voice recognition information which has been previously provided therein is made into adapted voice recognition information suitable for the user by the use of the voice adapting information. Voice collation of the adapted voice recognition information with the voice uttered by the user is carried out, and voice data are obtained. The voice interactive system is the system which provides the desired commodity or desired information to the user using these voice data and balance information, and adapted voice recognition information and balance information are especially recorded on the same recording medium.</p> |
