The present invention relates to a hot air drying apparatus for agricultural products, in which agricultural products such as hot peppers and dates are stored in respective sieve members and the sieve members are stacked on one other in a drying passage where the agricultural products are dried as residual moisture is evaporated by hot air streams. The hot air drying apparatus comprises: a drying chamber in which rails are disposed and vertically spaced apart in a drying space; sieve members which are loaded through the rails and vertically stacked on one another inside the drying space of the drying chamber; and a hot air stream supply unit which supplies hot air streams into the drying chamber to dry agricultural products stored on each of the sieve members, wherein each of the sieve members has a multi-layer structure comprising: an upper body which has a storing space having a plurality of discharge outlets on the bottom; a lower body which is disposed below the upper body and spaced apart from the same; and a distribution space which is formed between the upper body and the lower body, and receives the hot air streams injected through an inlet from the hot air stream supply unit and distributes the hot air streams through the discharge outlet, the hot air stream supply unit being configured to supply hot air streams generated in the hot air stream supply unit individually into a distribution space formed in each of the sieve members through a distribution tube. |
