PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe authentication IC card for authenticating a qualified person about plural transaction objects for security of the transaction. SOLUTION: The authentication IC card is provided with a CPU 1, an authentication file 10 in which personal identification information or the personal identification information and authentication information are stored and an application file 20 in which a job program and data classified depending on the depth of authentication are stored and allows access by a result of deciding authenticity based on the personal identification information stored in the authentication file when a request for the access to the application file is made from the outside. In this case, the personal identification information on a second person except an owenr is stored in the authentication IC card and the authentication of the second person except the person is made possible in the case of the access concerned with the authenticity of the authentication IC card. |
