摘要 PURPOSE: A sense amplifier overdrive circuit for improving efficiency and stability of current is provided to stabilize electric potential of a restore line and enhance an overdriving stability by reusing the remaining power generated from a driving process of a sense amplifier. CONSTITUTION: The first NMOS transistor(M1) is driven by a control signal(SA_EN_1) of an over drive portion(100) and an external power source is applied to a restore line(RTO) thereby. An operation of the NMOS transistor(M1) is stopped by intercepting the control signal(SA_EN_1). The external power source applied to the restore line(RTO) is floated on the restore line(RTO). The second NMOS transistor(M2) is driven by a control signal(SA_EN_2) of a sense amplifier driving portion(200) and CVDD is applied to the restore line(RTO). The remaining power source is charged to a capacitor(C1) of a capacitor charge/discharge portion(300) if the voltage of the restore line(RTO) is more than CVDD.
