<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reliable device for supporting an operator by inputting the data of a diagnostic result from a plurality of abnormality diagnostic means, integrating the input data, and by ranking the integrated data from an abnormal event with high possibility for outputting. SOLUTION: A real plant (atomic plant) to be diagnosed is inputted to a diagnostic module group 3 by a means where the amount of process 2 such as temperature, a pressure value, a flow rate value, and a control signal is different by a full scope simulator 1 consisting of software for accurately simulating behavior on steady and assumed abnormal states on a computer and hardware such as an actual instrument. Each diagnostic module collects the amount of process 2 in real time, and uses an abnormality detection device being contained in each diagnostic module for monitoring change in the amount of process 2. According to the abnormality detection data, abnormality is diagnosed by a knowledge base being contained in each diagnostic module. Each diagnostic result information is inputted to an information integration device 4 for integrating by a diagnostic output integration device 5.</p> |
