PURPOSE: Provided is a membrane-electrode assembly(MEA) structure of a fuel cell stack, which can reduce the unit cost of unit cells and can play a part of sealing and has stability. CONSTITUTION: The structure of the membrane-electrode assembly(80) comprises: an electrolyte membrane part(81) moving hydrogen ions; a fuel electrode(82) and an air electrode(83) formed on the both sides of the electrolyte membrane part(81); a non-electrolyte frame part extended from the edge of the electrolyte membrane part(81), wherein the non-electrolyte frame part is a resin of a thin plate and has a hole(H) for joining the electrolyte membrane part(81) thereto.
