PURPOSE: A video signal processor is provided to receive many types video signals to select and use desired video signals, and to prevent the deterioration of definition quality and implement clean video for any selected signals. CONSTITUTION: A video signal input unit(21) receives video signals. A video signal selecting and filtering unit(22) selects desired video signals from various video signals inputted through the video signal input unit, and filters the selected video signals. A video signal processing unit(23) processes every kind of signals using the video signals selected in the video signal selecting and filtering unit. A video signal output unit(24) outputs the video signals processed in the video signal processing unit. A controller(25) controls and supervises each unit. In the video signal selecting and filtering unit, filters(22a) having the number same as the number of signal types remove noise according to signals from the various video signals inputted through the video signal input unit, and a switch(22b) selects the desired video signals from the video signals filtered in the filters.
