<p>A method of selective excitation which can be adapted to any method of taking out NMR signals in the NMR imaging. Regions of a material to be examined are excited with RF signals except the regions that are to be scanned. The excited regions are spoiled with a gradient magnetic field so that they will not receive exciting RF signals for a while. The NMR signals are collected by an ordinary method from the regions that are not spoiled.</p> |
