CHAMBER DOCTOR BLADE

In addition to comprising customary doctor blades (5, 6), which delimit the longitudinal edges (4', 4") of the lateral ink outlet opening (4), the chamber doctor blade also comprises a supplementary doctor blade (7), which extends parallel to the customary doctor blades (5, 6) and also over the length of the ink outlet opening (4). This supplementary doctor blade serves as a preceding doctor blade that effects an optimal application of ink.
