A wireless transmission device (100) according to the present invention is provided with: a voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) measurement means (101) for measuring the VSWR; and a VSWR determination means (102) for determining the reliability of VSWR measurement values measured by the VSWR measurement means (101). The VSWR determination means (102) is provided with: a baseband-signal analysis means (90) which analyses a baseband signal by detecting the difference between the baseband signal and a delayed signal obtained by delaying the baseband signal; a baseband-signal density determination means (19) which determines, on the basis of the difference between the baseband signal and the delayed signal analysed by the baseband-signal analysis means (90), the density of the baseband signal; and a VSWR-output switching means (13) which, in cases when the baseband-signal density determination means (19) determines that the density of the baseband signal is low, restricts the output of the VSWR measurement means. |
