PURPOSE: A device for controlling an accelerator pedal stroke of a throttle cam is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by using only one kind of throttle body and using parts in common. CONSTITUTION: A throttle cam(30) is connected to an accelerator pedal by an accelerator cable(20), and rotates according to the pressure of the accelerator pedal. A radius varying unit is installed in both sides of the throttle cam(30), and varies the radius of the throttle cam(30). The radius varying unit includes a first and second compressing members(41,42) installed in both sides of the throttle cam(30), and a plurality of balls installed in the inner circumference of the throttle cam(30).
